FCPA can’t get you a better law without your help
Here is how you can help us:
We cannot do this without you getting involved. To help, find your legislator here: https://www.flsenate.gov/Senators/Find and tell them who you are and that you support them.
Ask your colleagues, patients, neighbors, and friends to show their support by doing the same. And don’t just do it once. Do it every day, every week, and every month.
You can contribute to the FCPA by credit card (Click on the DONATION LOBBYIST button above) or send a check to FCPA at 2225 NW 2nd Ave, Cape Coral, FL 33993.
There are also other ways to help:
- Pay your $99 dues (http://myfcpa.org/membership/).
- Send us a political contribution of $100 (Click on the DONATION LOBBYIST button above).
- Write a letter or make a phone call to specific legislators when asked to do so.
- Find us a sponsor to advertise on our emails (http://myfcpa.org/sponsorship/).

FCPA Lobby Donations
Your donations not only help pay for Continental Strategy, LLC lobbying group, but they show all Florida DCs that the FCPA is here to get the job done. Perhaps DCs from other Florida associations will join us in advancing their laws.
For our first challenge we want to get back what we had years ago; the right to injectable nutrients with no restriction of the route of entry. Let’s all join together and do it!!!!
Our new lobby team has four lobbyists and a whole team who all have proven track records of getting things done; nationally and in Tallahassee.
Our Lobbyist Team:
Carlos Trujillo served as United States Ambassador to the Organization of American States and as a member of the Florida House of Representatives.
Mark Pinto has a wealth of experience in government relations, Mark has made significant contributions to various sectors by securing substantial funding and advocating for important causes.
Gangul Gabagade serves as the Director of the Healthcare Practice Group at Continental Strategy, he brings a unique blend of legislative acumen, strategic insight, and deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape to his role.
James R. Card was a Florida House & Senate legislative staffer who has extensive experience in FL legislative and regulatory process, now focusing on healthcare policies.
As you can see, we have a major lobbying team now. We need your continued support to allow us to have such representation.
